  1. My mom actually listens to binaural beats before bed! She says it's really calming and helps her fall asleep faster. I've tried it once or twice but I prefer nature sounds to help me sleep.

I had a professor during my first year at Stockton who would arrive to class early and turn on meditative music or binaural beats before the 8:30AM class in order to help students destress in the early morning and prepare us for our day ahead. My classes that followed were always more tolerable and less anxiety-inducing whenever this professor played this!
