"We all crave and want and need change and yet most of the time, we're really, really afraid of it." Truer words could not be spoken! Change is incredibly scary because you don't always know in the moment if the change you are going through is a good change or a bad one. But in order to grow, to become better today than you were yesterday, you need to take that leap of faith and embrace change. If you don't water and nourish that seed that is in all of us, then you will not grow and reach your fullest potential!
As a biology major, I love this metaphor! We have to grow!!
