  5. "Worry is just a rocking chair" really hit home for me! I have anxiety and that is exactly what my excessive worrying feels like! I go back and forth worrying about the same things over and over again all day and it accomplishes nothing! I can waste the whole day by worrying about something because I end up ignoring doing anything productive. I really need to find a way to get out of the rocking chair and actually accomplish something good!
