I never thought of sleep/dreams as a response of our spiritual beings becoming restless from being trapped. I always thought of sleep as a tool for our physical bodies to rest and recover. It's always cool to see things from another perspective!!
This was an incredibly deep and thought provoking video! As a psychology major, I know a bit about dream manipulations in regards to psychoanalysis and Freudian and Jungian theories. This video, however, offered a different perspective on the matter of dreams that I had not considered: the idea that dreams share a connection with the spiritual world.
